About the event
Come enjoy a 45 minute beginner Yin yoga class. The instructor will talk you though positions and give you variations depending on skill. The class will be on grass, so there will be no balancing poses. This is a wonderful class for beginners or anyone just needing to relax into their breath. Please bring your own yoga mat or a towel.
This is a fundraiser event for Judi Rought for Reno Mayor. Class is $20 per person. Additional donations are appreciated, but not required.
